Idly Podi

Ingredients:
Urad Dal- 2 tbsp
Red Chillies-4 nos.
Hing- 1 small piece
Black Sesame- 1tsp
Oil
Salt
                            
How to make:
 1) Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan and roast the ingredients one by one until golden brown.
 2) Then grind them to coarse powder and add salt before powdering.
 3) Good combination for Idly, Dosai, Adai etc.
