Chayote Kootu (chow chow kootu)

Chow Chow - 1 big, cut into cubes
Red chillies - 2
Mustard - 1 spn
Urad dal - 1 spn
Curry leaves

To grind:
Coconut - 1tbspn
Redchillies - 2

Grind them to a smooth mixture.

How to make:
1) Cut the vegetable into big cubes and cook until it becomes tender.
2) Add the ground mixture to the cooked vegetable.
3) Add turmeric and salt.
4) Temper with mustard, urad dal, redchillies.
5) Add fresh curry leaves.
